Illuminate Enterprises uses this website to explain our advertising services and respond to enquiries. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through the website.

Information you provide

The follow-up form collects your name, email, company or website, and an optional note. We store the request, submission time, an internal reference, follow-up status, assigned contact, and delivery status. If you email us, we also receive the contents of that email.

Please do not submit customer lists, advertising account credentials, or sensitive personal information. Any customer-data work is separately scoped, with an agreed secure transfer method.

How we use enquiries

We use these details to respond, arrange a conversation, determine whether our services are relevant, and manage follow-up. A request does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell or rent enquiry information.

Service providers and access

Vercel hosts this website. Neon stores form submissions. Our existing Telegram notification workflow sends enquiry details to the configured team chat so we can follow up. Email correspondence uses Gmail. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Access to lead records and notification settings is restricted to authorized operators.

Usage analytics and source information

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page use and performance. We send page paths and limited interaction events, such as selecting a contact link or a server-accepted follow-up. We remove URL query strings and fragments from those events and do not send names, email addresses, or notes as analytics properties.

When analytics are enabled, this website keeps permitted campaign tags and the landing-page path in session storage. We may attach that context to an enquiry to understand its source. We do not use advertising pixels or session replay. Analytics are disabled for preview deployments and automated test submissions are kept out of commercial lead reporting.

You can turn off optional usage analytics using the “Analytics” control in the footer. We also honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Your preference is saved locally in your browser. Email and form enquiries continue to work when analytics are off or browser storage is unavailable.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS, server-side input validation, restricted database access, and server-held credentials. To limit automated abuse, we store keyed hashes derived from request network information and email addresses with hourly request counts. We do not store raw IP addresses in our lead table.

We retain enquiry information while handling the request and related business discussions, and where needed for business records or applicable obligations. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed. Deletion requests include applicable lead records and notifications; provider backup retention may differ. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

To request access, correction, or deletion, or ask about our practices, use our contact form. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your records.
